For more than 100 years, The Haven has stood at the southern most point of the unique Sandbanks peninsula with the sea lapping at its edge and overlooking the broad, beautiful sweep of Poole Bay. The Haven is one of the country’s leading destination hotels and the winner of countless awards.
Formal meals are served in The Point, a fine dining restaurant overlooking the bay and Studland. Local produce - especially seafood - figures prominently on the seasonal menus, and visitors can expect dishes such as roast lobster and sweetcorn bisque with ravioli of New Forest ceps, pheasant with root vegetables, coriander and creamed leeks, and desserts such as bitter chocolate fondant with tangerine sherbet. To accompany the food, there's a wide-ranging list of carefully chosen wines.
