The Chase Hotel in Ross-on-Wye is an attractive creeper-clad Georgian country house, set amongst 11 acres of enchanting landscaped gardens and with the Herefordshire countryside as its backdrop. Harry's Restaurant has very recently undergone a lavish refurbishment, maintaining a delicate balance between the Georgian character of the hotel and an elegant contemporary touch.
Tuck into inspired culinary delights such as langoustine & crab cannelloni with basil purèe & plum tomato essence or crisp fillet of royal bream with squid ink risotto & grilled vegetables. Succulent grilled cutlets of new season lamb with savoury red currant roly poly a fresh pea purèe and lavender infusion or one of Richard Birchall’s specialities, Thai beef rending which is curried beef with herbs & spices, galangal, lime leaves and coconut milk & jasmine rice.
