Amidst the stunning natural beauty of the Welsh borders lies the Wilton Court Hotel. Dating back to the 16th century, the hotel is located in an enchanting and peaceful setting. With its superb conservatory, The Mulberry Restaurant offers magnificent views of the garden as well as al fresco dining.

The Mulberry Restaurant has recently won its second AA Rosette, testament to the consistency of its high standards in modern British cuisine. Executive Chef Rachael Williams prizes the use of local produce, making the most of the rich farmland on the hotel's doorstep.
