Review on Ceviche

Martin Morale's Ceviche restaurant and Pisco bar set on Frith Street in Soho is London's first restaurant serving Peruvian cuisine. The bar is located at the front of the venue with the dining area at the back, the atmosphere is lively with 60's tracks playing in the background.

The menu reflects the diverse nature of Peruvian cuisine and the kitchen sources the freshest ingredients for its dishes of small plates. Typical dishes that appear are Don Ceviche, fresh seabass ceviche in ají amarillo chilli, tiger's milk, ají limo chilli and red onions, fresh seasonal asparagus lightly grilled with Huancaína sauce or Lomo Saltado, wok cooked striploin beef strips, red onion, tomatoes, ají amarillo chilli, chips and saltado sauce. Desserts offer an enticing mix of flavours with Suspiro de Chirimoya, chirimoya fruit mousse with manjar blanco, cinnamon and port wine meringue or Chocolate 002, chocolate mousse with guanababa (soursop tropical fruit) cream, made with premium Fortunato no4 Peruvian chocolate.

Staff are very friendly and will help guide you through the menu and there are exciting pisco cocktails, together with a wine list that focuses on South American wines.
