Restaurant Hotel Du Cerf is an historical building dating back to the 18th century in the village of Sonceboz, renowned for the gourmet cuisine of its restaurant. Heading the kitchen are chefs Jean-Marc Soldati and Christian Albrecht, whose modern dishes employ fresh high quality ingredients that have been awarded one Michelin star and 16 points in the Gualt Millau guide. The formula is for the menu to be discussed with the diner when booking, according to his tastes and the available products of the market. There is a magnificent wine cellar of some 10,000 bottles, including offerings of some 450 references from Western Switzerland, Ticino, Burgundy, Bordeaux, Languedoc-Roussillon and Côtes-du-Rhone, among others.
