Turkish cooking in six different locations in Berlin - what started out with a single Hasir in Kreuzberg has now become a chain of restaurants. In 1971 the doner kebab was invented in the original Hasir, and today the Hasir continues to uphold its reputation for carefully cooked Turkish dishes.
