The Relais Bayard is in the centre of Susten surrounded by the Valais Alps, right next to the 18-hole Leuk golf course. Guests can dine in the elegant French restaurant which has background music playing in July and August. During the week there is an à la carte and seasonal specialities menu, as well as the daily, vegetarian or business menu. On Tuesday evenings there is a raclette with wine degustation and popular music from Lupfig.

For a more informal dining experience there is the Pizzeria Emilia which offers a large selection of pizza and pasta dishes. There is an outdoor terrace during the summer months with a fountain, cactus garden and children's playground.

The hotel offers a good choice of well-appointed duplex suites as well as double and single rooms, a sauna and fitness room.
