  Appalling service

  My husband and I booked this restaurant through our tastecard. We were really looking forward to visiting the wine and sausage restaurant, but was very disappointed with the experience we encountered. We booked a table for 9.15pm and arrived 10 minutes early we were told that our table was not ready, so we waited to be seated at 9.20 we placed our order with a young lad called Miles. He told us that there was no food left because he had eaten it all. (What sort of a comment is that) We waited & waited and finally asked were our food was by then it was 9.50pm. No reply was given, so we left the restaurant, as this was unacceptable. We were then stopped outside & told that the kitchen did not get our order until 20 minutes after we had ordered our meals. You would have thought it was our fault, as no apology was given. We can not comment on the food, but the service was terrible. If there were less posing from the staff and more attention to detail this place maybe would do very well. Get some staff in that enjoys their work and not on work experience. Would not recommend this place what so ever.
