Le Cigalon is a Michelin starred restaurant specialising in seafood, located just three minutes from the centre of Geneva. The restaurant receives deliveries twice a day of fish from the Mediterranean, as well as a daily catch from a local fisherman with specialities of the lake such as perch and white fish. The kitchen cooks exclusively with seasonal products for both its daily menu and its seasonal menu, that changes every three months.
