The Regatta Restaurant at The Imperial is a magnificent restaurant within a truly Grand hotel. Don't just book the restaurant, there is a strict pecking order and it's the actual table that matters. By the window at the top end is where you start negotiating, you may be lucky depending upon who's in town. Failing that, stick to your guns and hold out for a window table further down. It really is one of those top places in the world to sit and eat dinner. The food is good, but with that view and such service, does it matter?
