Review on Restaurant Le Dézaley
Restaurant Le Dézaley is housed in an historical building dating back to the 13th century in Niederdorf, at the foot of the Grossmünster. They are famous for their delicious cheese fondue, but there are also Vaud and Swiss specialities on the menu, such as Krautwurst, snails, Zürcher Geschnetzeltes, finely sliced meat in a creamy sauce and butter-baked perch fillet. The wine list consists primarily of wines from Vaud and stays true to the motto adorning the walls of the restaurant, "The wine at Dézaley is drunk pure in the morning, without water in the afternoon, and as God made it in the evening."
