Yooji's Seefeld was the first Yooji's to open in Zurich but due to the quality and popularity of their food, it is now part of a small chain of sushi restaurants in the area. The kitchen offers an extensive and exquisite selection of sushi and sashimi, as well as udon noodle soups, fresh salads, and delicious desserts. The homemade lemonades are quite unique, and come in five refreshing flavours, as well as the excellent sakes, from two traditional breweries, and complement the dishes perfectly. The first-rate range of green, black and oolong teas are also a popular choice. The kitchen only uses quality ingredients for its dishes, and more than 85% of the fish comes with a FOS sustainable seafood certification.
