Occupying a sleek modern dining room with soft ambient lighting, it's decked out in a palette of gold and red, with striking tiger maple tables and contemporary artwork adorning the walls, it exudes poise and elegance.

This is a finely balanced, carefully crafted menu that is prepared with classic techniques and contemporary influences, inspired from authentic regional recipes. Open your account with duck rechade, Toddy vinegar, black cherry and nigella seed chutney or gunpowder scallop paired with cumin scented petit pois and avocado oil. Main courses take in Dhungaar Barnsley lamb chops, yoghurt, cinnamon, cloves, mace and fresh ginger or fish fans might opt for the
