Osteria El Patio is an authentic Italian restaurant that was opened by experienced restaurateur Roberto Balzano in 2015, located in the popular resort of Alcudia on the north coast of Mallorca. Set on the lovely cobbled streets near the central square of the old town, diners can opt for a table in the street, perfect for people watching. Al fresco dining also takes place in their beautiful terrace and garden at the back of the restaurant, filled with pots and plants. If you prefer to sit inside the elegant restaurant, tables dressed in fine napery are set on chequered board tiled flooring, under a vaulted beamed ceiling and stone arches.

Traditional Italian cooking is the order of the day with a menu of familiar dishes including pasta with an option of gluten free, meat, fish and delicious pizzas from their wood-firing oven. Amongst the starters there's bruschetta with tomato, basil and parma ham or carpaccio of beef for those who prefer meat. Follow on with braised lamb in white wine with oven baked potatoes or prawn pasta with squid ink. Round things off with a classic tiramisu or chocolate mousse with hazelnuts and almonds.

Robert leads the all-Italian team ensuring that front of house runs smoothly with a friendly touch, and there's a well-priced wine list to accompany the food.
