Review on Royal Beach Gastrosenses Restaurant
The Royal Beach Gastrosenses Restaurant boasts a privileged location on the beachfront of Playa de Muro, a small secluded resort between Alcudia and C'an Picafort, 60km from Palma on the northern coast of Mallorca. Diners can choose to eat in the smart contemporary dining room with glass walls offering stunning views, or on one of their three terraces with panoramic vistas across the white sandy beach to the Bay of Alcudia.
Michelin-starred Andreu Genestra has consulted on the menu which offers diners a choice of snacks and a daily market menu based on fresh seasonal produce, with an additional ŕ la carte and tasting menu in the evenings. Start with Lebanese Fattoush, marinated red fin tuna with Majorcan cheese in the marinade followed by a main course of skewer of octopus au gratin with apricot, paprika and peanut garlic mayonnaise or for meat fans there's royal anise chicken. To finish expect desserts in the shape of a classic chocolate mousse, mascarpone cream with mozzarella and frozen raspberry or goat cheese ice cream, spicy honey and carrot cake.
The Royal Beach Gastrosenses Restaurant has an assured wine list, tasty cocktails and live music most nights.
