Opened in 2017 East 26 is a multi-functional enterprise consisting of an estate agent, an exclusive furniture shop, an art photo gallery, an interior design company and at the very heart of it all is a chic restaurant. The concept of several different businesses under one roof is unique in the picturesque medieval walled town of Santanyí, which is located in the south eastern part of Mallorca. The restaurant is set on the ground floor of the venue with an inside dining room, as well as an attractive al fresco seating in the lovely courtyard of the renovated old palazzo.

The duo behind the restaurant is husband and wife team, Melanie and 'Peppo' Mayer who offer guests a Mediterranean cuisine with Asian influences. Open all day from breakfast, through to lunch and dinner, where you might enjoy starters of red tuna tartar with avocado and wasabi mayonnaise or their very popular Hawaiian speciality of raw fish dish Poke Bowie made with tuna and salmon. Other options worth looking at would be the sea bass cooked on the Josper grill and served over potatoes and artichokes or from the land, rack of lamb with oriental vegetables and couscous, before finishing with a delectable apple strudel.
