Review on Wild Heart Restaurant at Karma Sanctum Soho Hotel
The Wild Heart Restaurant is the showpiece restaurant set within the Karma Sanctum Soho Hotel, a unique collaboration between the Karma Group and Sanctum Hotel which launched as a ‘rock’n’roll’, music-friendly boutique hotel. The restaurant is located on the ground floor, a relaxed venue with gold banquette seating set against dark wood polished tables, walls are adorned with stunning artwork featuring music legends like Jimmy Hendrix and the whole place rocks to some brilliant soundtracks.
The kitchen pays homage to all things British with a range of menus and eating opportunities that gets the ball rolling with breakfast, working its way through brunch, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner. If you opt for a three course meal you might kick off with oak smoked salmon, caviar, South coast prawns, avocado puree and sour cream before ordering a main course of Knights Farm lamb rack from the charcoal grill served with sweet potato mash, grilled asparagus and jus. To finish enjoy favourites like tiramisu , mascarpone, coffee liqueur and sponge fingers or Eton Mess, strawberry jam and summer fruits.
There's a comprehensive wine list to accompany the menus, as well as classic and signature cocktails, international beers and premium spirits.
