Restaurant Alpenblick is a very elegant gourmet restaurant located in Adelboden, just across the street from the bus station. The kitchen has seen recognition in the prestigious Michelin and Gault Millau restaurant guides for its market fresh cuisine, using seasonal ingredients. Tables are well laid and service is friendly and accomplished. There is a fine wine list with offerings from Switzerland, France, Spain and Italy to complement the dishes.
