Since opening in 2004, Simply Thai has proved a great hit with Buxton locals, tourists and visitors to the renowned Opera House. The menu is a long run through the staples of the cuisine and there’s a helpful leaflet to explain the subtleties of each dish.

Expect a full range of authentic, exquisitely presented stir-fries, curries, noodles and plenty of options for vegetarians. Express lunches and theatre menus are excellent value.
