OSSAU IRATY - a semi-firm cheese with a slightly oily texture. Savoury, nutty flavour with hints of figs, hazelnuts & olives.
MELUSINE GOAT'S CHEESE - a soft-ripened cheese, complex flavours with notes of caramel. Soft, creamy with a flaky centre.
BRIE DE NANGIS - a medium strength Brie; the flavour has characteristic earthy, mushroomy undertones and can be quite sweet and fruity.
TOMME DE SAVOIE - mild and creamy, fruity and nutty; a robust cheese with overtones of salt and an unmistakably raw flavour.
FOURME D`AMBERT - one of the mildest of the blue cheeses. Creamy with a fruity flavor and mushroom overtones.
