The Pöttgen is a family-run business with a penchant for gastronomic talent. The restaurant is not just a training centre for trainee chefs. It is also a real gem with its country-style ambiance and there is something oldy-worldy about it. The Pöttgen has dark furniture, white tablecloths, lots of windows and half-timbered ceilings.
