La Diligence is a charming family run hotel and restaurant, with breathtaking views over the Valais Alps and the Rhone Valley, close to the centre of Crans-Montana. From 1989 the restaurant has served Lebanese cuisine as well as offering a traditional Valais menu. There is a great choice of Lebanese wines to complement the dishes, as well as wine from the Valais region.
