Brasserie Lipp is a busy French bistro located on the third floor of a modern shopping complex at the Confédération Centre. There is a varied menu of bistro style dishes such as a starter of duck fois gras followed by grilled fillet of beef with béarnaise sauce or maybe their fresh oysters, which are considered by many to be the best in Geneva. To finish there are traditional desserts of millefeuille with raspberries served with a lavender infused ice cream, or meringue with red fruits.
