La Marmite is the flagship restaurant of the family run Hotel Kirchbüh, a chalet-style hotel situated at the foot of the north face of the Eiger. They are a member of the Swiss Guild of Established Chefs and the Chaine des Rotisseurs, so you are ensured of their commitment to first-class cuisine. The kitchen produces an extensive range of Swiss and French dishes and their Asian specialities are also proving very popular.
