Restaurant Chesery is a renowned restaurant located on the site of an old cheese factory in the heart of Gstaad, originally built by the Prince Sadruddin Aga Khan. The restaurant was opened in 1984 by a husband and wife team, Robert Speth, Gault Millau's chef of the year in 2005 heads the kitchens, while his wife very charmingly looks after front of house. Speth's innovative creations, using impeccable ingredients sourced with the utmost care is the recipient of a prestigious Michelin star, as well as 18 points in the Gault Millau Guide.
