The only hotel on Herm is a family affair with wonderful sea views, a harbourside location and lush green hills as a backdrop. Belvoir Beach is only a short walk away and the hotel has its own secluded area reserved for guests.

Formal meals are served in the airy Conservatory Restaurant, where local seafood gets top billing and the wine list provides decent drinking at reasonable prices. Typical dishes might include potted duck with hoisin sauce, whiting with Welsh rarebit and kiwi Pavlova; alternatively, opt for the convivial atmosphere of the Ship Inn.
