Originally built as the shooting lodge for Brandon Manor, this grandiose country mansion is set in 17 acres of grounds within easy striking distance of Coventry. These days it is a popular destination, especially favoured for its spa and leisure facilities.

Fine dining takes place in the formal setting of the Clarendon Restaurant with its striking mirrors, arched windows and chandeliers. Expect modern food such as fillet of beef with watercress rouille, celeriac and spinach gâteau and red wine sauce followed by pannacotta with rhubarb compote.
