The Osteria TRE in the Hotel Bad Bubendorf is an award winning restaurant having picked up a Michelin star and has also been awarded 15 points in the prestigious Gault Millau restaurant guide. The restaurant, one of three in the hotel will enchant you with its elegant, yet sleek ambiance, and its modern twist to the Italian cuisine.
Heading the kitchen is Gianluca Garigliano who uses only impeccable fresh ingredients, which he presents with genuine respect to the seasonal produce on offer. Alongside an exquisite choice of wines, the Osteria TRE offers creations such as crispy fried red mullet in a pesto sauce, on a bed of buttered vegetables with baked polenta, fried veal loin flavoured with coffee in a red wine jus, and celery puree with comfit potatoes, or poached and caramelized cream of vanilla, and tonka beans filled with raspberries and cassis sorbet.
