Trummer's On Main is engulfed in history that dates back to the 1800's and brings a new edge to the historical area. Each floor has something special to offer for the eyes as well as the palette. The first floor consists of the bar and lounge accompanied by the glass enclosed wine tasting room which has a lovely view of the wine cellar, home to over 10,000 bottles of the worlds finest selection of wine. The second and third floor are used for dining and private party use, each decorated to echo the floor below but with it's own flare, including fireplaces. The kitchen, where Executive Chef Clayton Miller resides, offers his expertise with training from Norman's in Orlando, The French Laundry and Daniel. Chris Ford from New York's Chicalicious is the Pastry Chef.
