Review on Bistro Gentiana
Bistro Gentiana is a cosy bistro that dates back to the late 1880s with a classic Art Nouveau décor. It is very well known for its excellent fondues, but there are also several snail starters dishes such as finest snails in a tiny puff pastry with fresh herb butter or snails cooked in garlic butter. Main courses could feature veal with balsamic sauce or sirloin steak "Café de Paris classique" with fresh vegetables and fries. There's a concise wine list to complement the food, with some options by the glass, together with a selection of cigars. Service is friendly and there is a relaxed atmosphere.
