Restaurant Martin is located in the beautiful village of Fluh, near the French border and just 12km from Basel. This is an elegant and cosy country inn owned by husband and wife team, Evelyne and Werner Martin, he mans the stoves while she very charmingly directs front of house. Martin is a passionate hunter and is famous for his meat and poultry dishes; pheasants, partridges, venison and wild boar all come from his own hunting grounds. His classical French cuisine has seen recognition by both the Michelin and Gault Millau prestigious restaurant guides. The wine list is a majestic 400-bin tome, and is dominated by French and Italian references.
