Sustainable Sources & Superior Quality
We at No Coast Sushi value our resources and environment by purchasing our fish from fish purveyors who pledge to only fish in season, in stream fish without nets. We also purchase some fish, such as Yellowtail, from sustainable farms to help protect them as they are currently being overfished.
We fly our fish in from Honolulu Hawaii three times a week.
Our kitchen also gets deliveries of organic and/or hormone antibiotic free meats two times a week. We also purchase some locally grown produce when in season and continue to pledge to buy more each year.
We make 99% of all of our items in house including our sauces and drink mixes.
We care about our food, its quality, presentation and your enjoyment.
Our restaurant is urban modern with an active up-beat vibe.
