Review on Restaurant Le Ciel im Le Royal Méridien
Le Ciel is hotel-restaurant in Hamburg. It is aptly named. To get to the restaurant you have to take a glass lift which is on outside of the hotel. The bar restaurant is stylish, casual and has a 28 metre long and 6 metre high window front overlooking the man-made Alstersee and the Hamburg skyline. Up here on the ninth floor the chef Marco Grützner serves a large assortment of international dishes and choice wines. The restaurant concept of Cuisine Mondiale was created by the well known Parisian restaurateur and 2-star chef Michel Rostang. Le Ciel offers breakfast, lunch and evening meals, and a business lunch menu that changes every day.
