Review on Restaurant Thyme
The name Thyme came about in homage to the fresh herbs used in the food prepared by this restaurant at the Hotel Novotel. Mediterranean cuisine is the focus of these culinary creations with tantalising natural flavours. But the menu does draw inspiration from other regions, with dishes such as Argentinean steak. There are various changes to menus depending on what produce is in season. There is a business lunch menu available with a Quick Lunch and the Thyme-Menu which offers a choice of 2 or 3 courses.
