Chef Daniel Thiebaut's abiding philosophy of excellence in food and hospitality makes Daniel Thiebaut a "must visit" during your stay on the Big Island. Our "French-Asian" Rack of Lamb and the Butternut Squash Soup are best selling items, yet, over 80% of what we serve is seafood. Intimate fine dining is still the norm in our many cozy dining areas as are the items on Chef Daniel's original menu. Now we have a larger Pupu (appetizer) selection and 15 additional seafood items including Kona grown Maine Lobster. Rapidly climbing the fame ladder is the Ali'i, Chef Daniel's "Plateau de Fruits de Mer". Two platters high with a Maine lobster, oysters, clams, mussels, sashimi, poke, and lomi salmon; it is a gastronomic feast for a seafood lover or a great appetizer for a entire table. Chef Daniel's now opens at 3:30 PM with Pau Hana drink prices until 5:30 PM. Specials include doubling your order of pupus for only $4 more!
