A magnificently ornate manor with stunning views over Lough Erne, this opulent Victorian edifice is awash with intricate Italian plasterwork, antique oil paintings and glittering chandeliers. It also manages to blend the elegance of the past with all the comforts and facilities of a modern resort hotel-cum-leisure complex.

Formal meals are served in the stately Belleek restaurant, a vintage old-school dining room with delightful views. The kitchen specialises is classic dishes from the European repertoire along the lines of duck and green peppercorn terrine, fillet steak with truffle mash and sea bass with beurre blanc ahead of gâteaux, creamy desserts and cheeses from the trolley.
