Review on Chesa Grischuna
Chesa Grischuna is a family owned hotel restaurant built in the 1930s by Hans Guler, situated in the heart of Klosters, a well known ski resort. Heading the kitchen is chef Michael Bless who creates a delicious international menu, using the best quality and freshest produce for his à la carte and vegetarian dishes. There is a well stocked cellar with over 150 regional, national and international wines. This is a very popular dining destination and has been host to many celebrities and royalty.
