La Buga del Lobo is in the heart of the Lavapiés district in the most multicultural quarter of Madrid, between the Rastro, Atocha and Embajadores. The restaurant, which perfectly embodies the Spanish philosophy of 'the sun rises for everyone', offers various varieties of wild mushrooms in season, Caribbean specialities such as 'huevos mestizos' or local dishes such as cured sausages brought directly from Soria, as well as other international specialities. La Buga del Lobo has an outdoor terrace for al fresco dining and has set menus for 11 Euros (Saturdays 12 Euros). On Sundays the kitchen is open until 6.00 pm and clients can dine until 12.30 at night or until 1.00 am on Fridays or in the evenings before bank holidays.
