Le Provencal Bistro is a delightful restaurant in the Mamaroneck neighbourhood of Mamaroneck, New York serving French dishes. The owner and chef is Derrick Dikkers, a native of Amsterdam who earned his culinary stripes at the famous L'Oustau de Baumaniere in les Baux de Provence, Provence's most visited village. The sunny dining room is decorated with butter yellow walls, photographs of Provence, and artwork of the Provençal artist Gerard Isirdi, ceramic vases filled with sunflowers, wrought iron racks and mirrors.
