Review on The Seasons Bistro
Imagine...sitting in a high backed booth along an exposed brick wall, candle light, white table cloths & black napkins, fresh flowers and sensual smells wafting through the open kitchen window. Seasons Bistro is where you would find yourself dining, located just off the square of McDonough, in an 1883 building, originally a buggy works factory. As the walls of fabric gently move in the breeze, you feel as though you've traveled to a chic, urban, upscale restaurant for dinner. Live music and FREE valet on the weekends completes the setting for a perfect dining experience.
Chef Tin, formally chef at Cha Gio's located on Peachtree Street in Midtown Atlanta, relies on his knowledge of Vietnamese cuisine as well as that of American and Thai when creating the cultural fusion menus each season. Seasons' signature dishes includes New Zealand Lamb Chops, Bone In Rib Eye, Pan Seared Atlantic Salmon and Lobster Bisque Soup. See TheSeasonsBistro.com for current Seasons' Menu.
