The Seehotel Off in Meersburg gives you the impression of being in a Mediterranean dream restaurant, and on the sun-drenched south-facing terrace with direct views of the lake, you are amongst the vineyards, yet none the less directly by the lake. Here guests can sample freshly caught fish from Lake Constance and enjoy a real Meersburger quart of wine. The menu boasts delicacies such as pike dumplings, or the typical Lake Constance white fish in various forms that tastes just perfect at this time of year. Home-made food entices you to linger on the terrace in the summer months, but in spring you can still settle down to enjoy a piece of home-made onion pastry with self-pressed juice made from their own vines, which is even hand picked from the garden behind the restaurant. The real climax of the evening is the indulgent menu, with the added bonus of a panoramic 360 degree view of a romantic sunset, and to top it all off a wide selection of Meersburger wines from the vineyards here at the lake.
