Review on Caffe Gelato
Relaxed atmosphere, vibrant bar, good wine cellar, great food and delicious homemade gelato. Guests may request a semi-circle booth for parties up to 8, or a nice table. Outdoor seating is available in season and large groups may request a private room.
Caffe Gelato celebrates its 10-year anniversary. Restaurant owner Ryan German was inspired to open Caffe Gelato after studying abroad in Spain and Italy during the late 1990"s. "I really enjoyed traveling in Europe and I learned a lot about the regional cuisines. My favorite foods were those of Northern Italy and I learned how to make gelato from the Artisans in Porto Santo Stefano, Italy." For lunch, look forward to trying our panini sandwiches on fresh baked sea-salt and rosemary foccacia and the featured salads. And for dinner try the Colorado Roasted Rack of Lamb, Prosciutto wrapped Veal Chop and Dijon-Marinated Pork Tenderloin. Customer's favorite gelato flavors are chocolate-hazlenut, mokka cappuccino and tiramisu.
