Fränkische Wirtshaus is part of the Arotel hotel which is in the Eibach district of Nuremberg. The 4-star restaurant is a quaint pub lounge offering typical Franconian dishes and traditional Bavarian hospitality. The restaurant serves good hearty snacks such as homemade Sülzen (meat in aspic), 'Stadtwurst mit Musik' ('sausage with music') and of course the Nuremberg Bratwurst (Nuremberg fried sausage). If you have a big appetite, why not try the steaks, the salads and the speciality of the house - the big 'Wirtshauspfanne' (sliced pork fillet with mushrooms in white wine sauce with spätzle and salad).
