Review on Fischerhaus
The Fischerhaus with its thatched roof fits into the landscape in a way that is architecturally pleasing. It has a cosy and familiar atmosphere. Our fish is freshly caught every day and is beautifully cooked by the chef and his team. We have our very own smoke oven to cook trout, perch, whitefish and eel and a clay oven to bake bread. When the weather is fine sit out on the terrace and watch the comings and goings on the river Elde. Enjoy a piece of sweet-smelling bread and freshly smoked eel - with a cool Lübzer pils or a good drop of wine to go with it.
