Folie a' Deux translates to "a madness shared by two." This "madness" or passion for friendship, food and wine fed the genesis to this newly renamed, upscale restaurant owned by Trevor and Shrese Rudd. Located in Palmer Lake, a short drive from Colorado Springs, Folie a' Deux offers two intimate dining rooms in a rustic, adobe house built in 1948. Its French-American dishes are robustly flavorful, generously portioned, prepared and served in a warm and energetic milieu. Menus change seasonally and are based on fresh local product availability and guest feedback. Reservations are suggested.
