La Fourchette du Printemps is an intimate French bistro set in the 17th Arrondissement of Paris. The restaurant has a relaxed ambience with simply laid polished wood tables and walls lined with shelves displayed with colourful jars.

Chef, proprietor is Nicolas Mouton, formerly of Le Bristol and he is delighting diners with his Michelin starred creations. There are a choice of prix fixe menus available which might offer dishes such as an amuse bouche of creme cauliflower soup with truffle oil, followed by foie gras with figs and Polaine toasts and a main course of supreme de volaille served with a cocotte of vegetables. To finish choose a traditional tiramisu or maybe poires belle-hélene.
