Bistro Rollin is a warm, welcoming, lovely wood panelled French bistro, with exquisite food, prepared by Executive Chef Manny Lozano, who honed his skills as Sous-Chef at L"Absinthe in NYC, as well as other fine Manhattan restaurants. The proprietors, Barbara and Arthur Bratone will greet you when you arrive, and see that your total dining experience is a pleasure.
Only open since June of 2009, Bistro Rollin has already garnered great reviews from the New York Times and Westchester Magazine.
