Review on Bliss
Bliss Restaurant was named one of the top 20 new restaurants by Esquire Magazine, and was voted as one of the 50 best restaurants by Philadelphia Magazine. Featuring a modern American menu, Bliss offers such dishes as: Lobster Risotto in a sundried tomato pesto; Red Snapper with shrimp dumplings and thai sauce; Miso Glazed Salmon; Baby Lamb Chops in a red wine rosemary demi; Duck Breast served with a duck confit stuffed crepe and duck au jus; Pork Tenderloin in a fig port wine jus; Free Range Chicken with homemade potato gnocchi and a red pepper porcini sauce; and a Jumbo Lump Crab Cake served with guacamole, pico de gallo, and chipotle aioli.
Located in the heart of center city Philadelphia along the "Avenue of the Arts", Bliss is a short walk from the Kimmel Center, Academy of Music, Merriam Theatre, and nearby Rittenhouse Square.
