The Plano restaurant is located on the East side of the North Dallas Tollway between the Park and Parker exit and features an exciting exhibition kitchen and beautiful bar that hosts a happening Aloha Hour six days a week. In the kitchen, Chef Scott Nakachi brings his imagination and artistry to the plate every night. Having cooked with Roy for eight years, Scott has learned the art of balancing flavors and cutting edge cooking techniques.
