A nice day for a drive into the hills and a spot of lunch, well the place to go is El Gazebo, the poolside restaurant at The Gran Hotel Son Net in the little town of Puigpunyent, not too far from Palma.

A delightful terrace with spectacular views is the setting for Chef Sebastian Campins' creative lunchtime menu which falls into categories like Gazebo Tapas, Gazebo Salad, Gazebo Gourmet, Gazebo Mediterranean, Gazebo Traditional, Gazebo Snacks and Gazebo Desserts. An international wine list of some 400 bins overseen by sommelier Sofía González, helps with the feel good factor.
